Interested in volunteering at Pride Prom and our Vendor Fair? Reach out to us below! Volunteer responsibilities include checking tickets at the door, ensuring water stations are filled, assisting with decorations and takedown, helping prom-goers with any issues that may arise, and more. Once you submit your volunteer application, you can expect to hear back no later than May 13th to confirm your placement on the volunteer committee.
Apply to be a Vendor
Vendor booths are priced at $50 and include the space of one 6ft table. All vendor applications must be submitted by May 12. On May 13th, everyone who submitted an application will be notified of their acceptance or wait-list status, and vendor fees must be paid by May 18th, which are non-refundable. The Vendor Fair is scheduled for June 8th from 4:30-6:30 pm. Vendors also have the option to continue selling during the prom from 7:00-11:00 pm, but staying the entire duration is not mandatory.
